1. Domestic
•  We offer free domestic shipping within Malaysia. It is estimated that your product (s) will be delivered within 1-4 working days.

2. International
•  Unfortunately we are only able to deliver within Malaysia for the time being. We are working on expanding our sales internationally. Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know your interest in our products.

3. Duties and Taxes
•  Deliveries outside of Malaysia may be subject to destination country’s duties and taxes. Stemony is not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the custom authorities.


RETURNS

•  If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused product (s) within 10 calendar days from the order delivery date.
•  Please submit a return request [email protected] using the subject ‘request return – order number’.
•  You can return the product(s) by mailing it to the following address with the actual receipt of purchase:

•  Returned products must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. To prevent any scratches to the soles, shoes must be tried over a carpeted surface. All goods will be inspected on return.
•  Stemony is pleased to accept returns. However, customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred and shipping fees are not refundable.
•  We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
•  We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.
•  Once we receive the returned product in original packaging and condition, Stemony will then give a credit voucher via email.
•  Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed.
•  Discounted product(s) are not eligible for a return.
•  We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it will be declined and forfeited.
